Complaints Procedure

At Langley Park Primary Academy, we are always available to see parents if they have a problem or a concern or if they would like some advice. Most staff are available on the playground before and after school, but if it is something specific or that needs detailed information, it is best to make an appointment.

  • If it is an issue relating to your child, the class teacher is the first person to see as they have the most direct day to day contact.
  • If it is an issue relating to lunches or to money etc please speak to the school office, Ms Catharine Rotherham.
  • If it is a concern relating to your child’s needs, please see our Inclusion Leader, Mrs Tonianne Wrightson.
  • If it is a more general concern, or you are not sure who you need to speak to, please see our FLO, Mrs Kelly Carter.

It is very important that you feel you are listened to and your issues addressed. If you have any concerns about the school or the way anything is dealt with please speak to Mrs Fidock. If you are still unhappy, please ask for a copy of our complaints procedure and write to our Chair of Governors, Mr David Elliot.
